ADVICE AND INFORMATION

We provide support and assistance to all our young people, regardless of background or current situation.

If you are a young person (or a family member of one of our young people) and have concerns, please come and talk to a member of staff who will listen to you and make sure you get the support you need (whether from us, or one of our more specialist partnership organisations, which may be better placed to assist you). Our staff can refer you to the most appropriate service for you, or introduce you to any of the follow services.

We can offer young people facing challenging circumstances, or who just require some additional assistance with tailored one-2-one support, mentoring and guidance. Ask a member of staff for further information.

We also offer advice, support and guidance to parents and careers. We have a parent/carers support group which runs on the first Monday of every month @ Docklands from 7pm. This is a confidential group with provides a supportive environment to all parents/carers. No need to book, just come along, have a drink, snack and a chat. Discuss emerging issues, show support and swap ideas about how to support children who are growing into young adults that we don’t always understand! For more information, please ask a member of staff.
